When it comes to Network Marketing, one of the biggest reasons people fail in the business is because of lack of leadership. Either they don’t receive it, or they don’t know how to give it. I know that lack of support played a big part in my initial struggle in the business. I have been fortunate to come across an example of True Network Marketing Leaders. The power behind what they are doing is apparent in their results. I want to share with you what they are doing to create success…..
It is all about RELATIONSHIPS! And Not just when you are prospecting! So many people play buddy buddy while they’ve got a hot prospect on the line. As soon as they sign them up, it’s almost as if they don’t exist. It’s not about shoving your team into a system and letting the training teach them everything. It’s about creating strong, true, family relationships that last a lifetime.
If you want your people to not only stick with you, but also stay strong and motivated, then you must put the time in to support, guide and train them. It’s about showing that you care just as much about every aspect of their success, as you do your own. THAT is what builds strong teams. THAT is what creates lasting success. THAT is what TRUE LEADERS Do.
Invest All of the time you can into Your Team. The more you invest in the beginning, the bigger the pay out down the road.

Wow! You hit it on the head Danielle! This is essentially what took Don Failla and his wife Nancy on to create a 800,000 person team and growing worldwide.
Linking arms with your people is essential to your success. You must ask more from them than they think possible for themselves.
Simple action steps is essential to everyone’s success. What do you do first and giving time lines that stretch but are doable.
I can feel your excitement for the first time that was missing prior to you decision to make a move. Leadership is everything.

Hi Danielle,
It was great to finally connect with you today on our call. I always enjoy getting to know new people and finding out more about what makes them excited.
Leadership is vital in the success of a person coming into the network marketing industry. Don’t get me wrong, you still have to work, to be coachable and trainable takes effort on your part.
Having a leader that can guide you, nudge you, and push you when need be really helps to move you forward. When people join our team one of the things we ask them is “are you ready to go on vacations with us?” You’re absolutely correct, building relationships is the key. The best part is that many of them turn out to be life long and very close and those are the best. And, they create wonderful business partners.
I look forward to learning more about you.

You pretty much hammered the importance of leadership in the network marketing industry perfectly Danielle.
You are dead right about the sponsoring cycle. Too often you see up line totally forgetting about the newbie in their down line. This is a very common mistake out there, and a lot of the wannabe leaders have no clue what consequences there are in doing this.
I like the way how you emphasized on the fact that as a leader in MLM, you should try steer your focus to helping others and nurturing them in their early stages. In other words invest in them and they will yield great returns.
