One of the biggest struggles of all network marketers is recruiting great prospects, people that you work really well with. I want to share with you today a fool proof way to be sure you only recruit great business partners.

Authenticity is key… If you are not authentic you will attract people to you, your life, and your business that you don’t necessarily jive with. If you want to work with and vibe with like minded people, it is essential to be authentic…

So true Danielle. What you’re expressing in your video reminds me of something I heard a long time ago. “SWSWSW”…Some Will, Some Won’t, So What…Next. If you’re not who you really are you’ll end up working with someone you don’t really want to work with.

Words of wisdom for sure! This reminds me a lot of what Gary V talks about in his book, Crush It! Be yourself and you’ll put out an energy that is unmistakable. Try to fake it and it only backfires on you.

That was a great video. You truly reveal the truth about recruiting other people and how they should know you from the beginning instead of later on. That is key in the recruiting process.
